November 5, 2023

Stories are, and always have been, how we make sense of the world around us and myths, the most profound of all stories are how we make sense of what it is to be human. Using the story of “The Churning of the Milky Ocean” as the setting of our practice , this experiential workshop will centre on themes of withdrawal, stillness and support. Asana suitable for all levels.
