Choose an online class at your level—beginner or advanced with a faculty of certified, creative teachers.

Until further notice, all classes will be facilitated online over Zoom. A (free) Zoom account is required to join a class. Purchase a pass for a single class or a pack of 8 classes- use any time for any class! A Zoom link and password will be provided upon completion of your purchase. Class passes are valid for two (2) months after date of purchase.

Level 1-2 Fundamentals of Practice*

This class emphasizes fundamentals and builds on basic foundations which are echoed week by week as we build strength and timings with basic principles.

Back Care Foundations

Foundations and refinements of practice rooted in the core principles of yoga supporting a healthy spine, posture, and movement.


9:00-10:15 am

Level 2-1 Continuing Beginners*

This class is intended for the experienced, dedicated practitioner. Class continues to build subtlety and complexity of standing poses; explores seated forward bends and back bends and delves into pranayama. Opportunity provided for inversions.
7:00-8:15 pm

Yoga Basics*

Join Becky for this foundational exploration of asana and pranayama. Explore essential poses to build focus, flexibility, balance and strength.

Wake up with Asana + Pranayama!*

All level class with a focus on spinal care Restorative poses, stretching and strengthening. various Pranayama techniques will compliment back care and overall health.

All Levels- Active Posture, Breath, Relaxation*

All Level classes welcome yoga students of all levels to share in a well rounded practice built upon fundamentals, and evolving the asana to meet individual needs for support and growth.

Classical standing, sitting, relaxation poses and breathing for ultimate functional mobility.. Props are often used to adapt the poses so everybody can participate and benefit.
